Did you know? All automotive lifts are required by ANSI/ALI ALOIM standards to be inspected annually. We can help you stay documented, reduce downtime, meet OSHA expectations, and remain compliant.

All Inspections Include:

  • Full functionality testing up, down, hold, shut offs, and proper orientation.

  • Inspection of structural components, including welds, columns, arms, runways, and other load bearing parts for signs of fatigue, damage, overloading, or misuse.
  • Safety latch testing, including inspection of latch assemblies, springs, and engagement points.
  • Cable inspection, tension testing, and adjustment as needed.
  • Arm lock testing, adjustment, and lubrication as required.
  • Sliding block inspection to check for wear, alignment, and proper movement.
  • Inspection of screws, bolts, nuts, floor anchors, and fastening hardware for tightness and manufacturer required torque.
  • Review of electrical components and wiring for damage, wear points, loose connections, or exposed wiring.
  • In ground lift inspection, including leak checks, water concerns, and review of surrounding lift support conditions.
  • Cylinder inspection for corrosion, rust, physical damage, seal wear, and leakage.
  • Completed inspection checklist, technician sign off, and safety report provided after service.
